Poor service

This is the worst medical aid. I think the people making the decisions on which procedure gets covered and authorized are all clueless and has no medical background. They do not look at the deeper problem and just declines a claim. And all they can say is "I do apologize" To become a member of GEMS was one of my baddest desicions ever. What do I pay for.......
