Poor service

Hi<br> I emailed Gems enquiries and asked for a medical history. I got a message saying that I will get it within 24 hours but that has not happened until now. I called on Friday and the person who answered said I will get it immediately but still nothing has been sent to me.<br> <br> I also have another problem. I tool my son to the Doctor but I was told he no longer have funds on his name. The problem is that he has not been to a doctor for almost a year now. <br> <br> I'm very disappointed at this medical aid scheme.<br> <br> Concerned member<br> ***
