poor service

<p>RE submitting my complain because I want clarity. Why gems decided to reverse the money of the doc of the service that was paid January but revers la was done, August .</p> <p>On the 19 January I went for an operation, then anaesthetic claimed R 3021,for code 0151 it was R488.medical paid in full,for code 0911 R 265.medical aid didn't pay,for code 0911 , R3847.16 then medical paid partial en I was liable for R1578. I made arrangements with doctor en I paid that amount, to my surprise on the 1 August I received an email from Doctor Jordan informing me about reversal of R 488. I phone gems lady by the name of Makhosazana Malaza told me that doc was over paid, then I requested an statement showing me that because those were the 2 different codes. She just sent me the July one that shown the reversal for January, yo me it shows *********** because you can't pay th doc. January then August you decide to do reversal,it really inconveniencing because I have paid the doctor long time ago,now i am owing January account .realy it does. Not make sense, gems don't think for their clients,why makes me angry is the gap between these months, Realy when it comes to this so called affordable medical aid I became frustrated, </p>
