Poor service

<p>I'm a member of gems med aid. Was admitted and my daughter admitted . I'm now told I owe gems. While I cancelled the membership in June reason being I owe suppliers, have to buy meds from my pocket and also consult psychiatrist for R1800 cash. While med aid is taking R1700 from me and R3800 paid subsidy. I'm in so much dept bcuz of this. My problem is no one explained I will owe gems when I cancel</p>
