Poor service

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with GEMS ,I changed my option from Tanzanite to Ruby on November 2020 and it was activated in January 2021 but now they deducted double which is R2 600 on the 26th of February 2021,my monthly debit is R1 300..so I do not understand how they treat their clients without communication, these people never communicated with me and inconvenienced me now my debit bounced back..please get back to me ASAP before I cancel this medical
