Poor Service
<p>My parents are dependants on my medical aid (GEMS), they are both receiving chronic medication and are pensioners. My father receives insulin for his diabetes, this is supposed to be sent every 2 months, but this year it has been sent every month. We have called Gems and the courier pharmacy as well as sent countless emails telling them to stop sending the insulin and to collect the extra insulin but received no response. The insulin comes with a levy, which i have paid, but there is now an outstanding levy due to them sending the insulin when they shouldn't have. And i am now being told that they will not deliver my parents chronic medication until i pay the levy. I fail to understand why my parents have to suffer due to the incompetence of Gems and the courier pharmacy. This is just the latest problem in my never ending sea of problems with Gems since i joined in 2010.</p>

The account for services received on 28 October 2014 was unfortunately rejected as your maximum benefit for 2014 had been reached.
