Poor service

I submitted claim for refund, they wanted proof I gave them invoice from the The******. They rejected the claim wanted bank proof. When I did EFT didn’t complete correct didn’t get email, I then got the app proof of payment snapshot it and used The****** bank notification still they rejected it. Gems just frustrates unnecessary
