poor service

I have recieved very very poor service from this Medical Aid Scheme . I changed my option in December 2018 and i was assured on numberous occasions that my savings from Rubi would be paid out on the 3rd of May 2019 . I have phoned them on multiple ocxasions and even have a email where they stated that i would be paid out on the 3rd of May
