POOR SERVICE
There is a few issues with the medical scheme. I have sent the necessary documents on the 7th and 8th of March 2016 so I can be refunded. up and till now every time I call the consultant tell me I must wait 48hrs surely since the 7th and 8the 48hrs is long gone. Gems is very quick to increase our monthly fees every year but what are they doing to improve the service (NOTHING) it just go from bad to worse. Gems is very quick to take our money but extremely slow to give back and/or pay the doctors / medication!!!
