Poor service

Gems doesn't improve their service. When one write complain to hello peter.you will get the message saying that please send us private message. Next thing you don't get help. I am pregnant en I have registered for mertenity program .according to the programme I have 3 visits to gyne.On the 22Junea I visited gyne then after discovered that Dr Mothibe is not contracted to gems.then I phoned gems then I was given names of the gnyes contracted to them.then my second visit was with doc.Mjolo.then 3rd visit was on the 30 August. In the morning I have received statement last visit was not paid. Tje other code required motivation from doc.i don't have problem with that.My main problem is the other code with the reason personal limit exceeded. I phoned them today I was told that the problem was with the system. Why should I suffer for their careless mistake. GEMS need to treat us with dignity not to gain from our benefit while we are not happy.
