POOR SERVICE

it is with great disappointment and dissatisfaction that i ve app**** for medical aid since from the mid aprile up until now and i was told it will be effective from the 1/06/2018. i ve been making follow up calls they keep on telling me that the dependent 004 ID is pending and i emailined and faxed the ID and do follow up calls all answer i got we still waiting for her ID the next thing they say we got you ID you can phone after 48 hours ive been doing it several time with no success not getting answers all i get is we are still waiting for the ID or the ID is not clear i sent 10 times ID copy the last time they told me the ID is clear i should phone after 48 hours.the next thing client service keeps on telling me that they are still waiting for the ID. PLEASE HELP ME M SITTING WITHOUT MEDICAL AID FROM THE FAMILY OF FOUR WITHOUT MEDICAL AID
