poor poor poor service

<p>I wrote complain about hellow peter,about Dr Gorny account that was not paid some of the code.according to the Gems reponse Dr did not submit paper claim I phoned doctors room en they re submitted paper claim till today nothing happended.I dont what to do with this medical aid scheme because they kep on frastrating me.Becasue Dr Gorny will hand me over because of this SCHEME.Please claim department resolve this matter because the service you have rendered to me is more than the word POOR,i dont know which word i can use to desrcibe gems service ,poor distgusting.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are fooling us by saying that they are giving us best servive ,where is the bets service if claim was submited on May now is toward the end of October. </p>
