Poor customer service

Hi,I am writing this Review about Gems Medical Aid.My mother in Law Nosimo Njokwana is a member of Gems Medical Aid and she was placed under Oxygen as from January till up to date.Gems only paid for three months which the doctor write a letter explaining how is she going use the oxygen.Valtalaire is struggling for approval because the Medical Aid does not want to pay the third party.My mother is depending to this Oxygen Machine and if Gems is not paying what is due to third party.Vata****e is going to take the machine.My mother paid out of her pocket because she is worried about her Healthy.Please intervene in this matter as I want Gems to take a full responsibility of these payment.
