Poor customer service.

I have been battling to get my husband s chronic medication ( PMB) registered since January. I have sent numerouse mails to the various departments, including the Comminications manager. Its May already, nothing was done. We pay the medication monthly out of our pockets. I have never ever experienced such poor, inefficient and ineffective service ! The departments clearly dont communicate with each other. I have forwarded the complaint to the CEO.

I hope my complaint be addressed since my next step would be CMS.
