Poor communication
I recieved my medication for part of 2021 ex gratia. I app**** again for 2022........still no reply. This is life threatening medication. This year is 28days and my medication allocation is EXHAUSTED thus no more benefit. They just don't care. Their communication isNIL NIL NIL NIL
