Poor Assistance

I had a claim from Dr. Netshimboni on 03/04/2016 to 07/04/2016 to GEMS for my baby boy ATLEGANG after delivery he was admitted to ICU at medforum hospital. There has not been settled but on hold until this day. I have called GEMS on several occasions regarding this matter and the last time i got any progress on this claim was on the 25 JANUARY 2017 i spoke to Daphne ref MH ********** 3 she said my claim was sent for ”stale claim review “. my claim has not been paid, the main issue here is that the Dr. Creditors have started calling me demanding the money since GEMS has failed paying this amount.
