Poor and delayed service

ever since then to this day i have been given the run arounds by gems. last week i got an email that the X-rays that were done were over three month and they cant give me a quote, the process of acquiring a quote has been prolonged and my gums are getting affected by this. id like assistance with what i must actually do going forward and how i should resolve this issue because im not going to pay for another xray. My dentist has done everything possible to give gems what they want and nothing has happened
