Poor ambulance service

I called for an ambulance service at 5:45 they sent me a message that they have dispatched melusi medix at 6:04 only the ambulance to arrive at 7:20 for which the drive is only 30 minutes away. The lady that called telling me they are dispatching was yawning on the phone whilst talking to me. Not to mention the rudeness of the person we spoke to from malusi medix called in by Gens medical aid and even threatened to cancel the ambulance service after already waiting for an hour. My father almost died. Poor and unprofessional service
