How does it take Gems so long to give an authorisation and how is it possible that it take them up to 2 days to receive an e-mail (unbelievable). My son need to go in for an procedure tomorrow he will be admitted at 6 in the morning. We are still battling since yesterday to get authorisation. You are quick to up the fees every year how about up the service for a change.
