PMB vs Claims

Payment of PMB benefits for two years a nightmare. Enquiiries telephonically (get different feedback) or mail useless. I get 18 INR tests on PMB and other tests. Only 4 was paid up to now and I was handedbover to debt collecting and had to pay all tests myself plus interrest
