PMB CONSULTATION PAID FROM DAY TO DAY

Member registered for PMB since 2018 - came for a consultation for her diabetes. This was NOT paid as per legislation from PMB but from her day to day benefits. Upon querying this - I spoke to Rashied - call ref mh*** - he informed me that PMB will only kick in once member's day to day benefits are exhausted. This is totally unacceptable!!!!!! PLEASE INVESTIGATE this as a matter of urgency
