Pesion Funds Claim

I am a sister to the late Maphuti Magdeline Maremane who passed away 22 May 2014, We app**** for her Pension funds Claims and attached all the necessary Documents, and they never called us for the update, I always call them but I get empty promises. I dealt with Eunice August and when I call her she said she's no longer resposible, I must call Momentum for the claims and I started to communicate with ***meeda who is not helping me with anything.
