Pensioners forced to pay expensive premiums while they wait for the government subsidy

Good day I am sending this to you on behalf of my mom. We acknowledge receipt of the letter stating that she is in arrears. Please be advised that we did make it clear during the application process that my mom is a pensioner and is unable to pay the expensive R3200/month premium while we wait for the full government subsidy to come through which should be finalised this month (the fact that this system is in place at all is ridiculous - how on earth can pensioners afford to pay this while they wait for the subsidy?) Please can you suspend any further premiums and use the subsidy (once it comes through) to settle the arrears amount. Once the amount is settled, we can continue with the benefits as usual. She is unable to pay the arrears amount and letting it accumulate is not going to help.
