Pending application for 30days
I’ve been trying to join Gems Medical Aid for over a month now. After my 4th attempt of sending through my application, still no correspondence from them. After many phone calls and emails, I only got a SMS today saying my application is being processed. This is unacceptable!! The staff on the phone is not always helpful and only advise to wait another 48hours..... how long can it take to process an application?
