Payment not yet processed

My name is Khululwa Mfondini I submitted my documents on the 19th of January 2024 regarding the payment of my Dr. Practice number 08******my member number 001****** gems Reference Number: 1901******01. My doctor submitted the claim last year December 14th 2023,but still no payment has been made. My worry is that I'm pregnant and I'm due next month I'm so frustrated I call on January wanted to know about the claim and since 20th of February calling asking when will the payment be processed? Even last week and Today I called wanted to know about the claim they said it has been approved but today they said I must wait for 3 days again while on the other side I have appointment on the 29th of February 2024 and I won't be able to see the doctor as I need to settle the bill which was supposed to be paid by Gems.

I want to know what must I do as I'm paying Gems every month and in my condition I have stress because it's 2 months now nothing is happening regarding the claim even though it has been approved.

I'm so angry right now I don't even have money to settle the bill.
