PAYMENT FOR WHEELCHAIR PENDING AFTER TWO AND A HALF MONTHS

<p>A claim from CE Mobility submitted to GEMS for a wheelchair and we were told the process takes up to 2 months. After two months we were still told they were awaiting payment from GEMS still. I send a complaint with ref no: ********** 54792/3156/E5945.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please tell us what the hold up is ? Our dad needs a wheelchair</p>
