Payment???

I have contacted gems 3 times already regarding payment they have yet to make for last year. I've spent so much wasted time on the phone trying to sort this out but nothing changes. They say it's gone through and payment will be made to the doctor but it doesn't happen. I've tried emailing too but I'd say the last 4 or 5 emails I've sent over the last year or so has not been answered. I don't even know if the inbox is being manned anymore because pretty much a redundant service. I'm still waiting for Thando to call me back regarding his findings into the situation....the 1 and a half hour time frame lapsed way too long ago. I'd appreciate it if someone from gems here would try sort it out. I don't know what other method to use to try and resolve this.
