Pay Back
Why is it so hard for Gems to payout settlements that were paid out for cash. We submitted proof of payments for approved programmes to Gems and to this day our money hasnt been paid. I need my money back as the services has been approved and is covered for by gems.

Proof of Payment was sent on 02 Dec 2020.
We have submitted so many proof of payments including ones for my Dermatologist appointments and none of them have been paid.
The most frustrating thing is that there is no communication whatsoever.

After such long silence I was hoping my query was getting resolved and that we will get detailed feedback on this. This morning we received a short payment of R1219 instead of R1647.50.
Can someone kindly explain why is the money short and confirmation of where the funds came from so that we are sure that they were paid from Kgethego's PMB Program and that its comes from his 2020 allocation . This is to ensure that we do not run into early funds exhaustion.
