Pathetic, Unacceptable service.

I have been trying to get GEMS to capture my PMB claims for over a month! Everytime i call the call center they dont pick up the claim because it was not captured.

When i escalate the claims via the call center and call again in a couple of days, the claim is still not captured.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO CAPTURE A CLAIM????

Really really terrible incompetence happening. You cant take more than a month to capture a claim!

The payouts also only happen twice a month, so if you miss the capture, you gonna wait another 15 days. Seriously pathetic service.
