Pathetic service - they would rather see you dead than give you meds

I spoke too soon when I said that Gems is on the ball with their chronic authorisation system. It is all just empty promises. They are terrible. My mother’s condition continues to deteriorate. As for my dad, he has ultimately been admitted to hospital due to the delays with Gems and them authorisation and delivering chronic medication.
