pathetic service from gens
Pathetic and atrochise medical aid. my friend went on pension and had to reapply stay a member of the medical aid. they bombard one with forms to be completed. One sends the application formsand mails it to them only to receive more application forms. This shows how incompetant they really are. itsan uphill battle to get things done. Totally unproffesional andd dusgusting. lacks proper management .
