Pathetic service from GEMS medical aid

After going on pension I have been trying for 4 months to stay on as a member at GEMS medical aid. I submitted the basic documents 3 times, but still they can not complete a debit order because they haven't received anything. After paying and submitting the proof of payment they suspended my membership. Why don't they receive any documents? Service rating: pathetic!!!
