Pathetic Service,

Im very frustrated with gems, My mom has still not received her chronic medication and its been over a week. I've been calling and told different stories then all of the sudden im told the wrong address was captured by dsv and i should expect delivery on on the 11th its the 12 today and still nothing. Gems and his delivery partners really does not take peoples health serious.
