Pathetic service!!!
GEMS call centre agents are ***********, very unprofessional too. Their level of service is pathetic. I have made numerous calls where some agents put me on hold and drop the call thereafter. My dependent is sick and needs medical attention asap but I am not getting any help from GEMS!!!
