Pathetic service by GEMS

I have provided GEMS chronic dispensing unit on 3 September 2019 a follow-up prescription for 2 of my chronic medications for the next six months. On 27 September 2019 I got my other chronic medication, but not this two. I have send them two reminders, but got no response.
