PATHETIC SERVICE

This is a pathetic service I received from GEMS contribution department from Itumeleng and Morwesi. I called in today 03/04 requesting for the contribution amount I need to pay. They told me they need a letter of authority from the lawyers stating that they must give me information. I don't need any information all I wan is the amount that I must pay to them. They have a letter which was written by my mother giving them authority to provide me with the information regarding her GEMS affairs and I have been doing that all along only today they need my old sic mother who is dependent on oxygen to go and find herself a lawyer so that GEMS can tell me what I need to pay for my mother's medical aid contribution. When i asked them to call her they told me that they will not do that. ALL I NEED TO KNOW IS HOW MUCH MUST I PAY FOR MY MOTHER;S MEDICAL AID CONTRIBUTION. I was not asking them to borrow me money. This people have my cell nr on their system, all my mother's communication comes directly to me including her statement, what is so difficult about them giving me the amount that I am PAYING for my mother. and worst of all they told me they will not phone her. I am so disgusting and frustrated about this service. Somebody please tell me how much I need to pay so I can do the transfers. Her membership nr is ***. ALL I NEED IS HOW MUCH I NEED TO PAY FOR CONTRIBUTIONS IN ORDER FOR HER MEMBERSHIP NOT BE SUSPENDED. SHE IS AN OLD WOMAN AND VERY SICK DEPENDENT ON HOME OXYGEN.
