Pathetic service

The worst experience ever !!!!!! From December 2022 I have filled in my application to be reinstated on the gems medical Aid, till date it has not been done. I have sent the all documentation on numerous occasions , again and again yet no one seems to assist. I requested for a team leader from January I've been calling in and was advised it has been escalated . Today I received an sms saying my application has been canceled ... when I called in they tell me it was because I didn't send documents yet it was sent over and over again I am so disappointed with gem and frustrated as my baby is without medical aid from December.
