PATHETIC SERVICE

Pathetic service, I have been calling and emailing GEMS over and over to assist with a patients claim to no avail...the patient is frustrated because GEMS is not assisting on the matter, all that is required is a CAESAREAN SECTION MOTIVATION FORM TEMPLATE so that the patients caesar and hospital pay can be paid out. GEMS keeps claiming that they have sent the form but the form is never received when i tell them clearly the problem is on their side they do nothing about, they claim to have sent it to the member the member has also not received it, its been weeks of this now and both we as a service provider and the member are angry and frustrated at this pathetic service
