Pathetic Service

Utterly disgusted by the appalling service, very unorganised. My wife has had to email her documents a total of SIX times to the claims department to which she had received no assistance or response.

Upon calling and being helped by an unfriendly person they advised that they have not receievd any emails.

What memorized us was the fact that an aknowledgement of the very first email had been received but no assistance.

Its been a month and we are still waiting ! I created this hello peter account literally seconds ago as we have no where else to turn to.
