Membership number *** HP Koen. If I could give a minus 1 000 000 rating I would have. Desperate, frustrated, disapointed and angry do not describe how I feel about their service.

Attention ; New Membership department

This is now the 8th time that I send this documentation. After a phone call on the 15th July ( easily tracable on phone recordings) it was stated that the new membership for my mother is in order and will commence on 1 August 2023. She requested that I provide the Z583 which will be sent to GEPF and if approved my mother will be compensated since she will be debited for the full premium.

ONLY TO FIND OUT YESTERDAY THAT NOTHING SHE SAID WAS CORRECT BECAUSE z583 IS OUTSTANDING DESPITE THE FACT THE DOCUMENT WAS EMAILED ON THE 17TH JULY.

This is not a continuation of membership, but a new application. My mother was employed by government for may years and thus qualifies for GEMS membership.

CAN SOMEONE COMPETENT PLEASE TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THIS MATTER AND RESOLVE ASAP. IT IS SO IRONIC THAT THE MESSAGE FOR THE OUTSTANDING INTO WAS SENT ON 1 AUGUST, THE DATE THE MEMBERSHIP WAS SUPPOSED TO COMMENCE.

PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THE DOCUMENT AND CONFIRM THAT THE MEDICAL COVER IS ACTIVE.
