Pathetic and horrible experience!

They are absolutely pathetic! Our whole family has been with GEMS since we were born, and now that my brother urgently needs medical help, they are taking more than 3 weeks to investigate his case to approve medical bills while he is seriously ill, they have no sense of urgency and they let you feel guilty for asking them to hurry it along, I would never recommend them to anyone ever. Worst service in the world.
