overdue membership approval

I app**** for membership into the scheme over a month ago and till now my membership has not been approved.

Just moving from me being the main member to my partner is really seems like a huge task.

Every time I think I will be served with a membership number, I am told that there are outstanding forms that need to be submitted.

Worse of all, there is a 48 hours waiting period after submitting documents.

Can I please be assisted?
