Outstanding payments

I have been using Gems medical aid from last year October and I was pregnant also register for a maternity programme.I was so confused when I received an email saying I have to pay for my bloods that were taken by my gynacologist in my understanding and according to Gems if u are registered for maternity programme you don't run out of funds .I called them they told me they have paid .Till today they didn't pay I am owing the laboratory an amount of R1700 which I'm now paying from my own pocket.It didn't end there I took my soon to the hospital it was an emergency now I'm receiving emails saying I am owing Mediclinic hospital an amount of R495 .I'm very disappointed
