Orthodontist treatment delay

I'm writing to report a frustrating experience with Germs medical aid. I've been trying to get approval for my daughters orthodontic treatment, and despite my orthodontist reducing the cost to the scheme rate of R15,000, the approval process has been delayed

What's even more frustrating is that others with the same medical aid and similar treatment have had their approvals processed quickly. This makes me wonder if there's an issue specific to my case We've sent multiple requests and provided all necessary information, but Germs has been unresponsive

I've gone the extra mile to adjust the treatment cost to meet the scheme rate but still there's been no progress I'm starting to feel like I'm being singled out or that there's a problem with the way Germs is handling my application and my daughter is only 14 years old

I'd appreciate your help in addressing this issue and potentially improving Germs' customer service Can you please look into this matter and offer guidance on how I can move forward
