On the 13/01/2023 all documents were emailed all the time i as client had to phone gems again on the 31st of Janaury 2023 Wereby i was told documents were shorted again i email 20 times reference number MH*** and on the 1st of Febraury 2023 i called again reference number MH*** ALL WERE IN ORDER NOW PHONING AGAIN SPEAKING TO MRS BONGANI THERE ARE SHORT FILES AGAIN HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE AND SHE SAID FIANCE CAN ONLY BE ON MY MEDICAL AID ON THE 1ST OF MARCH 2023 HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? IS IT THE BEST SERVICE BEING MEMBER FOR YEARS JUST TO GO TO OTHER MEDICAL AID FOR BETER SERVICE? MY GEMS NUMBER IS ***
