Not your charity case!!!!

I've paid for my Dr and receive an account statement which shows how much I've paid and what method of payment is used, the Dr uses a yoko machine so there is no slip yet GEMS is asking me to prove that it's paid by producing a slip. When I asked for a manager the consultant just left me on hold. For 8 mins!!! I pay R6400 from pocket every month and the consultants treat us like ****!!!!
