NOT processing forms and NOT responding

I have been trying to join GEMS since the middle of March 2023. I started working as a government employee on the 13th of February 2023. Till this day I don't have medical aid. Me and my family are not covered, if something where to happen I don't know what I am going to do. Every time I email I get a generic response. Every time I call they tell me to email.
