Not paid medical bill after Gems has authorized

I like share dissatisfaction about Gems medical aid, in May 2023 I received an authorization to take my son to the rehab because he was injured in December 2022 before the accident I decided to take a lower option so that I can include my son who was over 21 years and not studying at that time. Medical aid decided not pay the bill of 3 hundred thousand. Which parent would admit her son knowing very well that she doesn't have money to pay the private hospital. Gems disappointed me
