NOT OUR PROBLEM

<p>i went for a laproscopy in Krugerdorp Private hospital and GEMS reckons that the claim was submitted incorrectly to them via the hospital and when i contacted the hospital they said they have done what the medical aid asked them. Bottom line claim not paid due to incompentance either from their side or the hospital side.</p> <p>SOOOOOOOOOOOOO SORRY YOU SIGNED AT THE HOSPITAL PAY UP YOURSELF - all their attitudes</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
