Not informed that dependent was off medical aid.

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>My name is Maggie Shabalala and my membership number is ********** 77.</p> <p>In January I was informed to submit proof of registration for my son Given Shabalala as he is a student at the University of Johannesburg. I did that and later on, I was told to include a signed affidavit statement which I did in March.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday when my Son went to the doctor he was told that he was not on my medical aid, I am so frustrated with this back and forth it shows how *********** your customer services and attitude in attending matters.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wonder if my Son had a serious accident what would have happened, firstly you do not acknowledge that yes indeed we received the requested documents, secondly, I do not receive my monthly statements and thirdly you do not provide feedback.</p>
